Framework for maritime simulator training

Cross-border simulator training programme (incl. Emergency procedures, search and rescue 2 ECTS and Watchkeeping 2 ECTS)

Cross-border simulator training programme is based on six learning objectives:

  1. Compliance with rules and regulations
  2. Sitation awareness
    1. of environment
    2. of self – correct & safe working methods
  3. Safety and Risk Management
    1. Risk management – critical situations
    2. Risk management – equipment failures
    3. Preparedness and response techniques
  4. Effective external communications
  5. Decision making
  6. Teamworking
